Sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) bids will be received by the Columbia County Conservation District (CCCD) at the Ag Service Center, 702 Sawmill Road, Suite 103, Bloomsburg, PA 17815, until 12:00 pm prevailing time on Friday February 17th, 2023. RFPs will only be accepted from attendees of a mandatory pre-bid meeting on February 3rd, 2023 at 2pm at East 9th Street, Bloomsburg, PA 17815 (40.999483, -76.442609). Proposal bid packages will only be distributed at the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Call the CCCD at 570-317-9456 to attend the pre-bid meeting by February 2nd at 4:00pm. Proposals will be publicly opened on February 17th at 1:00 pm. The proposal includes, but is not limited to, design, materials, equipment, supplies, labor, and maintenance for two pollinator meadows totaling approximately 7.5 acres located off East 9th Street along Kinney Run and off SR 487 adjacent to Town Park Village. The successful bidder is required to comply with all state and federal regulations. The Conservation District reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality.
