INVITATION TO BID SECTION 000200 The Riverside School District, 300 Davis Street, Taylor, PA 18517, will receive sealed bids, appropriately identified, for: Proposed Administration Building until Noon on March 29, 2021, in the Administrative Offices located at 300 Davis Street, Taylor, PA 18517. The bids will be opened and read aloud at that time. Bids shall be submitted on the form provided and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier’s check equal to ten percent of the total price submitted inclusive of add alternates. Bids must remain valid for the period of time stated on the bid form. The Riverside School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidding/Contract Documents may be obtained on or after March 8, 2021 at no charge from Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI), telephone (570) 342-3700, email: firstname.lastname@example.org. The Bidder is responsible to obtain a complete set of Bidding/ Contract Documents and verify that they have received all addenda issued. If the Bidder obtains Bidding/ Contract Documents from any source other than GPI, the Architect/ Owner will not be held responsible for incomplete or missing documents. Project has the following separate prime construction contracts: General Construction Mechanical Construction Plumbing Construction Electrical Construction The project involves the site development and construction of a 3,000 square foot one-story administration building. A pre-bid conference will be held on March 12, 2021 at 2:00 pm at the Stadium Field House, 605 South Main Street, Taylor, PA 18517. Attendance is recommended, but not mandatory. Site visitation is recommended. Bidders may visit the site on selected weekdays from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., provided advance request (24-hour notice) is made by calling William Drazdowski at (570) 562-2121 to make arrangements.
