Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education, Hoover-Schrum Memorial School District 157, Calumet City, Cook County, Illinois, hereinafter known as Owner, is seeking bids for the Hoover-Schrum Memorial School District 157 Mechanical Renovations located in Calumet City, Illinois.

Lump Sum Bids will be publicly opened and read at the District Offices of the Hoover-Schrum Memorial School District 157, 1255 Superior Ave, Calumet City, Illinois 60409, at 11:00 a.m., on November 11, 2021. Bids received after the designated time and date of bid opening will not be considered. Bidders must comply with all of the requirements set forth in the Project Manual.
