Bid Proposals for above referenced project will be received by Jessica Garza, Economic Development Director, at the following location:

PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS may be examined without charge at Enriquez Group, 3025 S. Sugar Rd., Edinburg, Texas 78539. Proposal forms, Specifications, Plans, and Contract documents may be obtained at the Edinburg Office of Enriquez Group, for the purchase price of $75.00 for each set of documents. This payment represents reproduction costs and is non-refundable. If requested, the documents will be promptly dispatch by courier at the expense of the bidder, but no liability can be accepted for loss or late delivery. No refunds will be made. A free digital copy of bid documents is available upon request.
Contract documents will be available to bidders by email upon request beginning on February 1, 2022.
Bid security in the amount of 5% of the largest possible total of Bid submitted must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Bid proposals received after the requested time will not be accepted and returned to the bidder unopened.
Statutory bonds for Performance of the Contract and for Payments of Mechanics and Materials will be required in the amount equal to 100% of the accepted Bid, in accordance with Texas Law.
The Owner reserves the right to hold all Bids for 45 days of receipt without action, to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and to require statements or evidence of Bidder’s qualifications including financial statements.
