Ipswich Housing Authority Request for Proposals – Laundry Facility Services The Ipswich Housing Authority (IHA) will receive proposals for furnishing Laundry Facility Services at the IHA’s Agawam Village, Agawam Village (office) and Whittier Park Elderly Housing developments for a period of five (5) years. The qualifications and experience of the responding contractors will be carefully considered, as well as the cost, in selecting the contractor and the contract shall be awarded to the most advantageous proposal from a responsible and responsive proposer taking into consideration price and non-price criteria. The IHA reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any informality, if it be in the public interest to do so. Proposals which are incomplete, conditional, obscure or which contain additions not called for shall be rejected. To be considered an electronic copy of the proposal must be sent to kate@ipswichhousing.com on or before February 2, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at which time all Proposals will be opened. Proposals must include the subject line “IHA Laundry Services Proposal”. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered and any version not received electronically will not be accepted. Questions must be received by the IHA no later than January 26th, 2022 at noon. Any response to questions will be made by January 28, 2021 and shall be provided by email to all firms that requested an RFP package. Response to questions shall also be made available on the IHA website. The IHA will make the sites available for inspection to interested contractors by appointment.
