January 26, 2023 RFP No. 2023-002 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Monitoring of Subgrantees/ Revising Policies & Procedures Manual The New Hampshire Department of Energy (DOE) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide technical support, technical review and reporting services, and collaboration and consultation services to assist the Department’s federally funded Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). The Request for Proposals is posted on the DOE’s website at https://www.energy.nh.gov/rules-and-regulatory/requests-proposals. Hard copies are available upon request. Completed proposals must be submitted electronically to the DOE prior to 4:30 p.m. on February 16, 2023. All inquiries must be submitted in writing to RFP@Energy.NH.Gov by February 2, 2023.
