| KIPP Texas, Inc. is seeking Proposals (RFP 003-22) for Food Service Management Services for seven schools located in Dallas, Texas. Proposals will be received until 11:00 a.m. CST on March 10, 2023 and may be submitted electronically to maricela.arredondo@kipptexas.org or by physical submission of 5 hard copies of the proposal in a sealed envelope marked “FSMC Proposal RFP 003-22” to Maricela Arredondo, 731 Fredericksburg Road, San Antonio, Texas 78201. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for February 15, 2023 at 10:00 AM CST at the following location: SSP Offices, 7222 S. West Moreland Road, Dallas, TX 78237. Late proposals will not be evaluated. Proposals will be opened via videoconference at https://meet.google.com/icr-egqo-bpj on March 10, 2023 at 11:10 a.m. CST. The method and criteria for evaluation of proposals is listed in the RFP at Section IV; contract(s) will be awarded to the responsible proposer(s) whose response(s) is/are determined, after evaluation by KIPP, to be the best value to KIPP. KIPP estimates that contract award will be June 15, 2023. The method of payment for contract(s) awarded pursuant to this RFP shall be USDA/TDA child nutrition funds. KIPP reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive any or all irregularities. |
