LAWRENCE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT INVITATION FOR BIDS MAINTENANCE GARAGE ROOF REPLACEMENT The City of Lawrence, through the Lawrence Municipal Airport Commission (the “LMAC”), invites sealed bid proposals for Maintenance Garage Roof Replacement, in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c.149 §44A(2)(C) and c.30 §39M. The project’s work shall include removal and replacement of the roof membrane, rigid insulation, flashing and trim. Further details are provided in the bid documents. The work is estimated to cost $100,000. Bid documents will be available electronically at biddocsonline.com on or before April 8, 2021, under the `BID LISTINGS’ area. Bids must be submitted electronically at biddocsonline.com for this project; instructions on how to bid are included in the electronic contract documents. General Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM, April 22, 2021 and will be publicly opened forthwith. Any contract regarding this bid must be approved by the City of Lawrence and the City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is in its best interest to do so.
