INVITATION TO BID
Sealed Bids, will be received and addressed to Ms. Josette
Dobbins, Director of Purchasing, Ector County ISD,
Administration Building (Purchasing Office (Room #151)),
802 N. Sam Houston, Odessa Texas, 79761, P.O. Box 3912,
Odessa, Texas, 79760.
Bids will be received and stamped up to and not later than:
Monday, June 14, 2021 at 2:00 PM,
Central Standard Time
Bids will then be opened and read aloud at the ECISD
Administration Building, 1st Floor Board Room, 802 N. Sam
Houston, Odessa, Texas. Bidders will be expected to study
and comply with the provisions of the Project Manual. Any
proposals received after the deadline will be returned to the
sender.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept the lowest
or any Bid and to waive any irregularities or informalities in
any Bid Proposal. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of
thirty (30) days after the Bid opening.
Bidders may obtain Electronic Contract Documents from the
Owner or Consultant beginning Monday May 24, 2021.
