The Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Second Supervisory District of Suffolk County (in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5A of the General Municipal Law) hereby invites the submission of sealed bid for the following:
BID #20/21-97SI-GK: Taukomas School Wheatley Heights
Partial Roofing Replacement Phase II at Taukomas School

CONTRACT G GENERAL CONSTRUCTION WORK
A Pre-Bid walk-thru will be conducted for the (BID #20/21-97SI-GK) at 10:00 AM, January 22, 2021 at the project site, commencing at the Front Entrance of Taukomas School, 31 Lee Avenue, Wheatley Heights, NY 11798.
Bids will be received until 10:00 AM, January 29, 2021 at the Office of the Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Second Supervisory District of Suffolk County, 507 Deer Park Road, Huntington Station, New York 11746, at which time and place all timely bids will be publicly opened. Complete digital sets of Bidding Documents, Drawings and Specifications for each separate project, may be obtained as a download for a non-refundable Forty-Nine Dollars and 00 cents ($49.00) at the following website: www.revplans.com under ‘public projects’ beginning on January 15, 2021. Complete sets of Bidding Documents, Drawings and Specifications, may be obtained from Rev, 30 Route 17A, Suite #2, Goshen, New York 10924 Tel: 1-877-272-0216, upon depositing the sum of One Hundred Dollars and 00 cents
($100.00) for each combined set of hard copy documents. Checks or money order shall be made payable to “Western Suffolk BOCES”. Plan deposit is refundable in accordance with the terms in the Instructions to Bidders to all submitting bids. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs.
All bid addenda will be transmitted to registered bidders via email and will be available at www.revplans.com. Bidders who have paid for hard copies of the bid documents will need to make the determination if hard copies of the addenda are required for their use, and coordinate directly with the printer for the hard copies of addenda to be issued. There will be no charge for registered bidders to obtain hard copies of the bid addenda.
A hard copy set will be available for review only Monday through Friday 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M January 15, 2021 at the Office of H2M architects + engineers, 538 Broad Hollow Rd., Melville, NY 11747, telephone number 631-756-8000.The Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Second Supervisory District of Suffolk County, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept part of any bid.
