Pursuant to resolution adopted by the Town Board, The Town of Babylon, Commissioner of General Services, Division of Purchasing will receive sealed proposals for:

REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT FOR PAVEMENT REPAIR
AND/OR REGRADES ON VARIOUS TOWN

Until 10:00 AM on THURSDAY, MARCH 11, 2021 at Babylon Town Hall, 200 E. Sunrise Highway, Linden-hurst, New York, 11757, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Division of Purchasing office. Bids may be hand delivered or mailed to the above address. Bids will not be accepted after 10:00 A.M. on the date of bid opening. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GRANTED. Do not remove any pages, all bids are to be submitted intact. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Town of Babylon will not be conducting public openings. All bid openings will be recorded and posted on the Town’s website for public viewing. Any bidder will also be permitted to call in on the day of the bid opening to hear the bids read aloud. The call-in number is 631-201-4397, access code 3052.
Bidding and contract documents may be on and after 9:00 AM on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2021 from the Town’s website https://bidsapp.townofbabylon.com Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond made payable to the Town of Babylon, in the amount of, five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid.
