NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Board of Education of the Middle Country Central School District at Centereach, Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County, New York hereby invites sealed bids for:
Schedule No.: 22-22 Refuse
Removal
As specified in the contract documents.
Bids will be received until 2:00 PM., prevailing time on March 25, 2021, at the District Administrative Offices, at # 8-43rd Street, Centereach, New York, 11720, at which time and place all bids will be opened. This will be a non-public bid opening.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bid, and shall, further make awards in anyway it deems advisable to the best interest of the School District.
Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Money Order payable to the Middle Country Central School District in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid.
Any bid submitted will be binding for Forty-Five (45) days after the formal opening thereof, and no bid shall be withdrawn during that time, pending the decision of the Board of Education.
