The TOWN OF BABYLON Commissioner of General Services will receive sealed proposals for
BID #21G31
ANTI-FREEZE / SUMMER COOLANT
until 10:00 a.m. on THURSDAY, APRIL 8, 2012 at the Town Hall, 200 E. Sunrise Highway, Lindenhurst, New York, 11757, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Division of Purchasing office. No bids will be accepted after 10:00 A.M. on the date of bid opening. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GRANTED. Do not remove any pages; all proposals are to be submitted intact.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Town is still not conducting public bid openings. All bidders shall be permitted to call in as bids are read aloud. The call in number is 631-201-4397 code 3052.
The contract documents may be obtained at the Town Hall Purchasing Department between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. daily except Saturday, Sundays and Holidays on and after, THURSDAY, MARCH 25, 2021. In addition, bid packages may be obtained at the Town of Babylon website, www.townofbabylon.com.
