BIDDERS WANTED
The Town of Islip Community Development Agency is seeking qualified general and roofing contractors to bid on the roof replacement of an agency owned home in THE TOWN OF ISLIP.

Contractors must be licensed by Suffolk County, hold Worker’s Compensation Insurance, Disability Insurance, General Liability Insurance, Contractual Liability Insurance and Automobile Liability Insurance.

The amounts of Insurance and requirement for naming the Agency as additional insured are detailed in the bid package. Contractors must provide five (5) references of recent work.

Minority and female-owned businesses are encouraged to bid. Bid Bonds & Bonding will be required only on bids of $100,000 or more.
