The New York Racing Association, Inc. (‘NYRA’) is requesting quotations to provide interior decor and services for numerous dining and hospitality areas located at the Belmont Park Race Track, 2150 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY for the Belmont Stakes Racing Festival. All deliverables must be received no later than May 31, 2021 and set up no later than June 2, 2021. The winning bidder may be awarded to the right to negotiate the final contract for a one (1) year term with NYRA’s sole option to renew for an additional two (2) one (1) year terms. M/W/DBE participation is encouraged. Interested parties may email their request to be added to the bidder listing for the Request for Quotation to procurement@nyrainc.com. All requests to bid should be received No Later Than 5:00 PM April 8, 2021.
