(prevailing time) on APRIL 21, 2021__following which time bids will be publicly opened and read at the Town Hall East Building, Hearing Room located at 54 Audrey Avenue, Oyster Bay, New York 11771-1592. Capacity will be limited. All attendees must wear masks and remain socially distant.
