REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL ATHLETIC TRAINER
The School District is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the selection of an ATHLETIC TRAINER in the School District for the 2021-2022 school year. You are invited to submit proposals in accordance with this RFP.
Proposals will be received until 11:00 A.M. on July 21, 2021 at the District’s Business Office locatedat 718 The Plain Road, Westbury, New York 11590. Proposals received after stated date will be returned to the sender, unopened. Proposal forms may be obtained at the aforementioned office. Proposals shall be irrevocable for a minimum period of forty-five (45) days from the date of proposal opening. Alterations to said proposals must be submitted in writing prior to the date of opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any proposal or to accept part of any proposal. The Board of Education reserves the right to renew any resulting contract for up to three additional one year terms.
