The Board of Education of the Glen Cove City School District invites sealed proposals for the selection of an architectural/engineering firm in connection with various capital improvements, renovation and repair projects to be undertaken at the School District. Proposals must be received by no later than October 8, 2021 at 11 A.M. at which time and place all proposals will be publicly acknowledged. Late proposals will be returned unopened.

The Request for Proposals may be obtained from the District’s Business Office at 154 Dosoris Lane, Glen Cove, New York 11542 commencing on September 15, 2021 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Sealed proposals shall be sent to the administrative offices of the Glen Cove City School District and shall be clearly marked “ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING RFP GLEN COVE CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT”. Proposals may be mailed or hand delivered. No proposal will be accepted by electronic mail or facsimile.

The Board of Education reserves the right to reject all proposals, waive any informalities in proposals and to negotiate any portion of the proposals.
