Specifications and Bid Proposal forms may be obtained at the District Office, 24 West Shore Road, Roslyn, New York. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities, and to accept such bids which, in the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, are in the best interest of the Roslyn Water District.
