NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that SEALED PROPOSALS for “Maintenance Dredging and Boat Ramp Repair” will be received by the Village Administrator of the Incorporated Village of Bayville at Village Hall, 34 School Street, Bayville, New York 11709, until 2:00 PM, Prevailing Time, on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.
Plans and specifications may be obtained on or after September 28, 2021 via email by sending a request to: DredgeBayville@gmail.com, or by downloading them from the Village’s website at: https://bayvilleny.gov/request-for-proposal/
Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF BAYVILLE, as assurance that the bid is made in good faith.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities in and to accept such bids which, in its opinion, are in the best interests of the Village.
