NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received and publicly read by The Board of Education, East Islip Union Free School District, Town of Islip, Suffolk County, New York on November 5, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. for the following bid:
BID# 110521-1 SNOW REMOVAL STAND BY SERVICE
Sealed bids should be addressed to the attention of Samantha Neff, School Purchasing Agent, East Islip Union Free School District, Business Office, 1 Craig B. Gariepy Avenue, Islip Terrace, New York 11752.
All bids must be submitted to the Office of the School Purchasing Agent on or before the date and time of opening in sealed envelopes, bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder and the title of the bid. Any bids received after the time and date specified will not be considered. Specifications and bid form may be obtained from the district’s website www.eischools.org/district/bids, Empire State Purchasing Group’s website www.bidnetdirect.com, or at the above office, weekdays, between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Bid opening will be livestreamed at https://www.eiteachers.org/Domain/662. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to award contracts which, in its judgment, are best for the school district.
To assure that all bidders are familiar with the Scope of Work, a site walkthrough will be conducted on Monday, October 18, 2021 at 9:00 A.M. All bidders shall assemble at the Buildings and Grounds office of the East Islip School District, 1 Craig B. Gariepy Avenue, Islip Terrace, New York. All bidders are urged to attend.
