The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is requesting proposals and competitive pricing to provide the necessary Labor and Materials for the full-service maintenance of the elevators and escalators located at Belmont Park Racetrack and Aqueduct Racetrack. The winning bidder will be awarded the right to negotiate the final contract for a term of one year with the NYRA’s sole option to renew for two additional terms of one year.
