PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, in accordance with the established Town of Oyster Bay Procurement Policy, the Department of Public Works has issued a Request for Proposals for professional engineering services.
The Request for Proposals can be obtained by contacting the Engineering Division of the Department of Public Works in writing at 150 Miller Place, Syosset, New York 11791, or electronically at dpwprocurement@oysterbay-ny.gov. Interested firms shall submit their request along with a copy of their U.S. General Services Administration Architect-Engineer Qualifications Form SF330 (Part II only). There is no fee associated with obtaining this document.
The Request for Proposals is available beginning on Monday, March 28, 2022. Responses are due no later than 3:30 PM on Wednesday, April 20, 2022.
Funding for this project has been provided to the Town of Oyster Bay through the American Rescue Plan Act Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Program. Responding firms must adhere to all contractual requirements of this funding program, which are detailed in the RFP document.
