Pursuant to a judgment of foreclosure and sale dated January 5, 2023 and entered on January 10, 2023, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction on the steps of the Queens County Courthouse located at 88-11 Sutphin Boulevard, Jamaica, NY on February 10, 2023 at 12:45 p.m. premises situate, lying and being in the Borough and County of Queens, City and State of New York, bounded and described as follows; BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of 141st Street, distant 179.33 feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of 117th Avenue and the easterly side of 141st Street; being a plot 95 feet by 20 feet by 95 feet by 20 feet.
All Bidders must wear a face mask/shield at all times and social distancing must be observed by all bidders at all times. Bidders who do not comply with the face mask and/or the social distancing mandate will be removed from the auction.
