NOTICE TO BIDDERS:
The Board of Education of the Floral Park-Bellerose Union Free School District, Towns of Hempstead and North Hempstead, Nassau County, New York hereby invites the submission of emailed bids for Nassau County Directors of School Facilities Purchasing Consortium, Elevator Maintenance Service for the 2023-2024 school year. Bids may not be personally delivered and must by delivered by email to fmandracchia@fpbsd.org no later than 10:00am on March 8, 2023. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 11:00am by Zoom video conference. Arrangements for participation will be emailed to prospective bidders upon receipt of bid.
Participating school districts shall include:
Carle Place UFSD, East Williston UFSD, Floral Park-Bellerose UFSD, Garden City UFSD, Glen Cove City School District, Great Neck Public Schools, Herricks UFSD, Hicksville UFSD, Jericho UFSD, Long Beach School District, Manhasset UFSD, Mineola UFSD, North Bellmore UFSD, North Shore Central SD, Port Washington UFSD, Syosset UFSD, Valley Stream CHSD, Valley Stream UFSD 30, and Westbury UFSD.

The Board of Education reserves the right to award all or a part of this bid, to reject all bids and to readvertise for new bids, or to waive technical defects, irregularities and omissions, when doing so is deemed, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the school district.
