NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Board of Education of the Wantagh Public Schools, Town of Hempstead, Wantagh, NY 11793 invites the submission of bids for GENERAL PAINTING/ REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE COOPERATIVE BID for the 2023/2024 school year.
Sealed bids will be received until bid opening on March 2, 2023 at 11:00am at the office of the Director of School Facilities & Operations, Wantagh Administration Building, 3301 Beltagh Ave, Wantagh, NY 11793. Bids received after this time will be rejected. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the same office Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm except holidays.
Participating Districts: Wantagh, Baldwin, Bellmore, Bellmore-Merrick UFSD, Bethpage UFSD, Carle Place, East Rockaway, East Williston, Floral Park-Bellerose, Freeport, Garden City, Glen Cove, Great Neck, Hempstead, Herricks UFSD, Hewlett Woodmere, Hicksville, Island Trees, Jericho, Levittown, Locust Valley, Long Beach CSD, Lynbrook, Manhasset, Massapequa, Merrick, Mineola, NHP/GCP, North Bellmore, North Merrick, North Shore Central, Plainedge, Plainview-Old Bethpage, Port Washington, Rockville Centre, Roosevelt, Seaford, Syosset, Valley Stream #24, Valley Stream #30, West Hempstead.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject all bids and re-advertise. Any bid submitted will be binding for one hundred eighty (180) days after the date of award of the contract.
