The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) hereby invites prospective bidders to submit proposals to provide a Payroll and Human Resources Enterprise Management System solution (“HRMS”) for NYRA. NYRA currently employs approximately 900-1,500 employees. The term of this agreement shall be for four (4) years from the date of execution of any final Agreement, to be renewed at NYRA’s sole discretion for a maximum of two (2) additional terms of three (3) years.
Minority/Women/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (M/W/DBE) participation is strongly encouraged.
