Pecos County
Pecos County is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the FOB
Beacon Tower and Light Re-Bid. For proposal information please
contact Richard Schwope, 432-362-6565 richards@jsarch.com or
documents may be downloaded from JSA Architects, Inc. website at
www.jsarch.com. Proposals are to be submitted to Pecos County,
located at 103 W. Callaghan, Fort Stockton, Texas, before 4:00 p.m. on
Wednesday, October 6, 2021, in the Auditors Office. Pecos County
does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex,
religion, age and disability in employment or the provision of services.
A Bid Bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) will be
required for all bids. The successful bidder will be required to enter
into a general contract with Pecos County. Payment and Performance
Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract
price will be required by Owner upon contract execution.
Faxed proposals from proposers will not be accepted.
