ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The CITY OF NEW BRITAIN’S, Commission on Community & Neighborhood Development, acting through the Department of Planning & Development, will receive bids for Bid No. 09-2021-1, Spot Demolition Program. This bid is for the Environmental Remediation and Demolition of buildings at: 74 Kelsey Street, bids are due on the 5th day of October, 2021, in the Department of Planning & Development, Room 311 – City Hall, 27 West Main Street, New Britain, CT 06051, by 2:00 p.m., all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time.
The Bid Documents are available for review and may be obtained at the Department of Planning & Development, on or after 12-noon on Tuesday the 7th day of September, 2021, for a non-refundable payment of $50.00 per set.

A mandatory pre-bid site inspection will be held at 10:00 a.m. on the 15th day of September, 2021, meeting location will be at the rear of 74 Kelsey Street.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of a bid presented.
Bidder Selection Criteria: Award will be made to the “Lowest Responsible Bidder”, based on meeting requirements set forth in bidding documents.
