LEGAL NOTICE CHESHIRE PUBLIC SCHOOLS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES RFP #2122-1AB August 27, 2021 The Cheshire Public Schools will receive sealed bids for snow removal services until September 23, 2021 at 2:00 PM. At that time proposals will be opened in public and read aloud. The documents comprising the Request For Proposal may be obtained from on the School’s website on the Central Office, School District Operations page under “Bids and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)”, at http://www.cheshire.k12.ct.us /district- departments/school-district-operations/bids-and-requests- for-proposals-(rfp’s). There will be a mandatory walk thru on Friday, September 10, 2021 starting at 9:00 A.M. beginning at Chapman Elementary School, 38 Country Club Road, Cheshire, CT 06410. The intent is to visit all school buildings in the same day. Cheshire Public Schools may award this contract partially (by school) or in its entirety. The Cheshire Public Schools reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Proposal, accept all or any part of a bid, reject all bids, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award who, in the School’s judgment, will be in the School’s best interests.
