Legal Notice CITY OF MILFORD Office of the Purchasing Agent 70 West River Street – Milford, CT 06460 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals by which the City of Milford will contract for Eisenhower Park Pavilion will be received in the Purchasing Agent’s Office until 3:00 p.m., March 2, 2023 Bids will not be opened publicly however results will be posted to the City’s website by that evening. A bid bond for 5% of the project cost is required and must accompany each proposal. Proposals must be held firm for 90 days beyond the bid opening date. The successful bidder must file a 100% Performance Bond, a 100% Labor & Materials Bond, and a Certificate of Insurance with the Purchasing Agent within 10 days of notice of bid award. Specifications must be obtained directly from the City’s Purchasing Department’s website at . Click on “Services”, select “Departments”, then “Purchasing Department” then “Current Bids”. The City reserves the right to reject bids that do not comply with the bid instructions, to waive informalities or to accept a bid deemed in the best interest of the City.
