Legal Notice CITY OF MILFORD Office of the Purchasing Agent 70 West River Street – Milford, CT 06460 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS #1755 Notice is hereby given that sealed Proposals for a CITY-WIDE ARCHAEOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT AND GIS OVERLAY will be received in the Purchasing Agent’s Office until Thursday, October 7, 2021 @ 3:00 p.m. when they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals will be evaluated and Proposers may be requested to provide a presentation of their proposed services. Bid specifications may be obtained from the Purchasing Department or downloaded at www.ci.milford.ct.us. Click on “Services”, select “Departments”, then select “Purchasing Department”, then select “Current Bids” If you download RFP packages, it is your responsibility to insure that you have current information. Click on the “Changes in Bids” icon for any applicable addenda prior to submitting a Proposal. The City of Milford is not responsible for data or transmission errors. The City of Milford reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or any part thereof, to waive defects in same, or to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interests of the City of Milford. FEMA financial assistance will be used to fund all or a portion of the contract. Bidders’ attention is called to the procurement requirements set forth in 44 C.F.R. §13.36(b)-(i).
