LEGAL NOTICE Crescent Crossings 1C, LLC (“Crescent”) is seeking a qualified firm to serve as Construction Manager/General Contractor of its Crescent Crossings Apartments, Phase 1C property in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Crescent is requesting “Bids” from interested parties for the construction of approximately 85 rental units at 580 Crescent Avenue, Bridgeport, CT. The development is expected to be funded by several sources, including CHFA 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, the City of Bridgeport, CT DECD, CT DOH, and HUD. Prior successful experience working with state or federally funded affordable housing developments of this scale is mandatory to qualify for consideration for this project.
