LEGAL NOTICE EAST HAVEN PUBLIC SCHOOLS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFQ #2021-0305 Reach-In Freezers, Reach-In Refrigerators and Mobile Heated Cabinets The East Haven Board of Education will receive sealed proposals for Traulsen reach in Refrigerators and Freezers and Metro Mobile Heated Cabinets until 11:00 AM on Friday, March 19, 2021. At that, time proposals will be opened in public and read-aloud. Documents comprising the Request for Proposal may be obtained from the Board’s website, www.east-haven.k12.ct.us, under “Bids and Requests for Proposals”, or from Lynn Boisvert via email lynnboisvert@east-haven.k12.ct.us or in person in the Business Office – East Haven Public Schools, 35 Wheelbarrow Lane, East Haven, CT 06513 The East Haven Board of Education reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Qualification, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the proposer(s) that, in the Board’s judgment, will be in the Board’s best interests.
