Legal Notice Invitation for Bid Notice is hereby given that sealed bids are sought and requested for Lawrence Housing Authority’s Elevator Maintenance Contract according to set specifications. The contract, which will be awarded by the Lawrence Housing Authority’s Board of Directors, will be for three (3) years, commencing on April 1, 2023. Sealed Bids will be received by the Lawrence Housing Authority at its offices located at 65 Union Street (rear entrance) Lawrence, MA 01840. The Sealed Bids will be publicly opened and read out loud at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March I, 2023. Sealed envelopes must be clearly marked: IFB # 202301: Elevator Maintenance Contract Attn: Alan Fielding Specifications may be obtained free of charge at the Lawrence Housing Authority, 65 Union Street (rear entrance) Lawrence, Massachusetts, by calling 978-689-028 l or by email request to afielding@lawrencehousing.org. Bids must be made in accordance with the forms for General Bid, prepared by and obtained from the Lawrence Housing Authority. Bid documents will contain accompanying instructions to bidders, a copy of the specifications and any associated bid forms. The Lawrence Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and/or informalities and to disregard all non-responsive bids and non-responsible bidders.
