LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO BID: PARKSIDE VILLAGE I, BRANFORD, CT LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO BID PARKSIDE VILLAGE I, BRANFORD, CT. Montagno Construction, Inc., a prequalified and invited GC bidder for Parkside Village I LLC, is requesting sub-contractor bids for the Parkside Village I, Branford, CT. The project is new construction of 67 units multifamily housing (4-stories, 76,000 sf) and subsequent demolition of existing units onsite. The project is Tax Exempt, Prevailing Wage, and subject to State of Connecticut Set-Aside and Contract Compliance Requirements. Bids will be received until Friday, January 21 at 10 am.
