LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO BID Project Description: The Wyoming County Conservation District is requesting sealed bids for the construction of a 50′ x 120′ roofed concrete barnyard with underground outlets and gutters. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 14, 2021, 1:00 pm. The project is located at 41.401798, -75.980576, 1819 Plattsburg Road, Monroe Twp., PA 18612. Sealed bids will be accepted until 12:00 pm on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 and opened for review at 1:00 pm of the same day. Only bidders who have attended the mandatory pre-bid meeting as scheduled, will be considered. All bids will be evaluated on the following basis: a.) Bid Price b.) Experience on similar projects c.) Projected time The successful bidder will be notified no later than Friday, April 16, 2021 and must supply a performance bond equal to 100% of the contract price as bid, prior to commencing construction. The Wyoming County Conservation District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bid packages will be distributed at the pre-bid meeting and not available until then.
