LEGAL NOTICE Invitation to Bid Sealed bids are requested by Stevens Township, Bradford County, PA, at 4332 Herrickville Rd, Wyalusing, PA, 18853 for the supply and construction of a 50′ x 100′ x 20′ Cinder Shed. Bid Specifications, forms, and building plans are located at 4332 Herrickville Rd, Wyalusing, PA, 18853 and are available from the secretary by calling 570-746-3231. Bids must be received by 6:00 PM, on June 30, 2021. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope and be clearly marked “Cinder Shed Bid”. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond of an approved Surety Company in the amount of not less than 10% of the amount of the bid. Performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required within 14 days of receiving notice of being awarded the contract. PA Prevailing Wage rates are applicable. Bids will be opened on June 30, 2021, at 7:05 PM at the Stevensville Community Hall, 8999 Route 706, Stevensville, PA 18445.
