Legal Notice Invitation to Bid The Town of New Fairfield Department of Public Works is accepting bids for consulting/engineering and construction services in a design-build contract format for the renovation and upgrade of the Town Hall and Annex HVAC system to deal with compliance to recommended COVID-19 requirements. Bids must be submitted no later than October 16, 2020 by 10:00 A.M., Reference Bid Number 2020-21PWD2, on envelopes while submitting your bid. Bids must be received by Purchasing Agent, Patty Mota, 3 Brush Hill Rd., New Fairfield, CT 06812 by the due date. A Mandatory walk through will be held on October 9, at 10:00 A.M. at Town Hall, 4 Brush Hill Rd., New Fairfield, CT 06812.
