LEGAL NOTICE Northern Tier Solid Waste Authority is requesting sealed bids for the sale of two recycling bodies the first recycling body named #1 (Model GS 3032A made by G-S Products) in as is condition located at 108 Steam Hollow Rd, Troy, Pa 16947 and the second one is named #2 (Model GS 3032A made by G-S Products) recycling body without a hoist for parts is located at 540 Old Bloss Rd, Blossburg, Pa 16912. Both recycling bodies are to be removed from the NTSWA properties within 60 days of the award. A minimum bid is set at $1,000.00 for body #1 and $500.00 for #2. The Authority has the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any part of a bid without accepting the whole thereof, or to accept such that the Authority deems to be in the best interest of the Authority and to hold the bids from the opening date for 30 days prior to awarding the contract. Bids will be received by the Authority at the Northern Tier Solid Waste Authority office, mailing address at P. O. Box 10, Burlington, Pennsylvania, 18814, until 10:00 AM. on April 15, 2021. Bids will be opened at 10:00 AM. on April 15, 2021 at Landfill #2 West Burlington Township, Bradford County.
