LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS ADDENDUM #1 The Board of Education of the Enlarged City School District of Troy invites the submission of Separate Sealed Bid Proposals to furnish materials and labor to complete the Alteration and Reconstruction at School 12 Project all in accordance with the plans and specifications for the following categories of work: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION GC-TCS MECHANICAL MC-TCS PLUMBING PC-TCS ELECTRICAL EC-TCS Please be advised the time of the bid opening has been changed to 3:00 pm Prevailing Time on May 26, 2021. Sealed Bid Proposals will be received at the School District Office, 475 First Street, Troy, NY, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders wishing to attend the public bid opening shall sign in at least 30 minutes before bid opening for Covid clearance and badging (driver’s license required). After signing in, badged bidders may leave and re-enter the building for the bid, if desired. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after the bid opening.
