LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO VENDORS Please take notice that sealed bids are requested by the New Paltz School District for the following item(s): AIR CONDITIONING – LENAPE MAIN OFFICE Repair work: Includes 2 new A/C Condensers, line sets and custom coil  A. There is an Existing and active Air Handler system which needs a new Coil and 2 Condensers that will utilize R-410A refrigerant. B. Provide a new, custom coil to be installed in existing AHU. C. Provide and install 7.5 ton and a 5 ton Condensing units. Located at ground level, on pads at location determined by owner. These units will have 24V control coils. D. Installation of 2 new line sets from the new condensing units which will be run to the existing air handler (approximately 150 ft). Line sets to be insulated & meet or exceed current energy codes. E. Electric to Condensing units buy others. F. Control wiring by others G. Existing system must remain active until pre run line sets and all work is completed with the exception of removing old coil and hooking up the new coil. Contractor to complete final hook up to limit the down time to no more than 2 days. H. The existing system includes 2-RTUs; a 7.5 ton and a 5 ton Condensing units and old line sets to be abandoned in place. All other removals and construction waste will be disposed of by contractor. I. Price is to remain valid through October 2021. J. All equipment must be on hand with a tentative start date of August 20, 2021. Substantial completion by September 2,2021 K. Include your labor rate and material mark up for any unforeseen additional work. L. This work is subject to NYS prevailing wage rates and certified payroll must be submitted with invoice. M. Bid is to be accompanied by three customer references. N. Contractors must provide proof of liability insurance with bid package O. Sealed Bids must be mailed to; New Paltz Central School District, 196 Main Street, New Paltz, NY12561, ATTEN: Business Office-Melinda Ottavan. Bids must be received in the Business office before 1:00PM on July 15, 2021. Bids will be opened at the NPCS District Office Conference room located at 1 Eugene L Brown Drive, New Paltz, NY 12561 on July 15 at 1:30PM.
