LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Clerk of the Schuyler County Legislature will RECEIVE SEALED BIDS for the LABORATORY SERVICES FOR WATERSHED FROM JULY 1, 2021 through JUNE 30, 2023.
Bids shall be in accordance with detailed specifications on file with the Clerk of the Legislature, 105 Ninth Street, Watkins Glen, NY 14891. Bid specs are also available at www.schuylercounty.us (Purchasing Dept / Bids & RFPs) and on the Empire State Purchasing Group website.
Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked âSEALED BID â LABORATORY SERVICES FOR WATERSHEDâ? and be mailed or delivered to the Clerk of the Legislature, 105 Ninth Street, Unit 6, Watkins Glen, NY 14891, no later than 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, April 15, 2021. The bids will be opened that same day in the County Courthouse Building at 10:20 a.m., after which time recommendations for legislative action will be made at a later date.
The County of Schuyler reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
