LEGAL NOTICE PLYMOUTH PUBLIC SCHOOLS THOMASTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS WOLCOTT PUBLIC SCHOOLS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES OUT OF DISTRICT SPECIAL EDUCATION TRANSPORTATION 2023-2024 through 2027-2028 RFP documents for Transportation Services Out of District Special Education Transportation for 2023-2024 through 2027-2028 may be obtained at the Office of the Business Manager, Plymouth Public Schools, 27 North Harwinton Avenue, Terryville, CT 06786 or online at www.plymouth.k12.ct.us on or after 9:00 a.m., February 8, 2023. Sealed proposals will be received at the address listed above until 2:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time, on March 8, 2023. Thereafter, the name of the firms that have submitted proposals will be publicly read aloud. Plymouth Public Schools reserves the rights to waive any formalities in bids; to reject any or all bids; or too accept the ones that in their judgment will be for the best interest of the School Districts and/or the Towns of Plymouth, Thomaston and Wolcott, CT. The Boards of Education and each bidder attest that they will at all times comply with the non-discrimination agreements and warranties of Connecticut General Statutes Sections 4a-60 and 4a-60a, as amended.
