LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR COST PROPOSAL FIRE SPRINKLER INSPECTIONS & SERVICE Darien Public Schools will accept sealed bids on the following: FIRE SPRINKLER INSPECTIONS & SERVICE Bids will be accepted until Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 2:00PM. At this time, all bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids should be sent to Darien Public Schools, Attn: Michael Lynch, Director of Facilities 35 Leroy Ave., Darien, CT 06820 Bid Documents are available online at www.darienps.org (under Departments, Finance and Operations, Requests for Proposals) commencing on Thursday, May 20, 2021. On Tuesday May 25th there will be a non-mandatory walk thru at all buildings beginning at 9:00am at the Darien Public Schools Office, 35 Leroy Ave., Darien, CT 06820. This is not mandatory but highly recommended. The BOE reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Invitation to Bid for any reason, to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part and to waive any informalities, non-material deficiencies or procedural irregularities in any Bid submission.
