If emailing your proposal, “bid enclosedâ€? must be typed in the subject line. Bids will be opened Thursday, February 23, 2023 at the Fishers Island Community Center on Fishers Island, NY or zoom.com at 5:30 pm. The identity of bid offerors will be disclosed at the same meeting and time.
