LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Tweed-New Haven Airport Authority New Haven, Connecticut The Tweed-New Haven Airport Authority, operator and sponsor of the Tweed-New Haven Regional Airport located in City of New Haven, Connecticut; is formally requesting Airport Media, Advertising and Branding Concession. The Authority will receive proposals on February 28th no later than 5:00 p.m. (EST). A pre-bid meeting will be held in the 2nd Floor Administration building at 155 Burr Street, New Haven CT 06512 at 1:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday February 4th,2022. Questions regarding this Request for Proposals must be submitted in writing no less than three (3) business days before the submission date for Proposals to: administration@flytweed.com. Failure to follow the required steps in the Request for Proposal package may be cause for disqualification from further consideration and exclusion from the final bid consideration. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality in the proposals received and to accept the proposal deemed in the best interest of the Authority.
