LEGAL NOTICE RUPCO is seeking to actively & affirmatively solicit bids from qualified Minority and Women Owned Businesses Enterprises, Veteran Enterprises, Low Income Section 3 Businesses or businesses that employ low income workers or workers living in public housing. RUPCO is inviting certified & non certified WMBEs, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses and Registered and non-registered Section 3 Businesses within NYS to request a Contractor Qualification form. Qualified contractors will be solicited to bid on single family rehabilitation construction projects within Ulster, Orange, Sullivan or other neighboring counties when available, where funding may come from NYS Homes and Community Renewal, NYS Affordable Housing Corporation, NYS Community Development Block Grants or other programs.
