LEGAL NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by the Clinton Township of Wyoming County at 155 Creek Road, Box 256, Factoryville, PA 18419 until 6:00pm on 5/12/21 for the following: ITEM 1 12,409 S.Y. ASPHALT SURFACE TREATMENT (SECTION 480) Mandatory prebid meeting with Roadmaster 570-945-9576. Supervisors reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $870.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. For third class cities the bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10 % of the bid, made payable to the municipality. For other municipal types it is the discretion of the municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded.
