LEGAL NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by: Towanda Borough of Bradford County, Pa., at 724 Main Street P.O. Box 229, Towanda, PA 18848 until 4:00 PM, on May 3, 2021 to be opened on May 3, 2021 at 7:00 PM PM at Towanda Borough Municipal Building 724 Main Street P.O. Box 229, Towanda, PA 18848 For the following: Seal Coat Contract: Contractor is to furnish and place approx. 34,894 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat, Single Application w/ CRS-2PM, and approx. 34,894 SY of Asphalt Fog Seal. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders for each contract. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker’s compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid to each contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality.
